This Sunday after church we went to Tisa's Barefoot Bar to meet some friends for lunch. It was a break from our usual routine which has been lately, wrestle kids during church, pick up Jason from golf course, find lunch and then catch an afternoon sleep while kids watch TV.

Tisa's Barefoot Bar is popular with the expat community, it's a bar and restaurant that sits on the beach on the eastern side of the island (we live in the west) and is a 50 min drive. The beach is sandy and clean and the water has lots of rips but is a good place to go diving from, apparently.

I'm a model you know what I mean and I do my little walk on the sand yeah I do my little walk on the sand.
