Christmas Day

The kids woke up at 6:30 am, fortunately I had remembered to tell them not to rip into their presents until we woke up. So they did as they were told. They got up, got 2 of their plastic chairs arranged them next to the tree and then sat and waited till we got up. It was just all too cute listening to them chatter away about how Santa had come. Yes even Talia kind of bought into the Santa thing just for Noah, although she did tell Noah that Santa's writing looked just like Mum's writing.

We spent our Christmas afternoon with 3 other kiwi families. We had a lovely feast with some kiwi touches, Jason made his mum's pavlova recipe and it turned out quite nice.
